The location is fantastic, right on the incredible Rockley Beach, just off the end of the boardwalk, opposite Just Grillin, raw smoothies and Munchies, and on the main road to catch the mini van bus.
Overall impression is very good, yes there are some parts of the hotel that could do with repairs and a jolly good scrub but on the whole it is very good.
